Our view of the service

ate of assessment: 29 October to 10 November 2025. Asana Lodge is a residential substance misuse service which is provided by Asana Healthcare Ltd. This assessment looked at the overall service, which we rated as good. The rating from this service has been combined with ratings of the other services from the last inspections. See our previous reports to get a full picture of all other services at Asana Healthcare Ltd. In our assessment of Asana Lodge, we found that the service was providing care that was safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. People told us they felt safe, well cared for and involved in their treatment. Staff worked well together, assessments were thorough, and care followed evidence-based guidance.

Leadership had improved since our last assessment, with greater stability and strengthened oversight of safety and quality. Governance systems, including audits, were being used effectively to monitor performance. Staff described a positive workplace culture.

The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations.
