Our view of the service

Resolutions Luton is based in Luton, Bedfordshire and is part of the national provider Change Grow Live, who provide a not-for-profit drug and alcohol treatment service.
Resolutions Luton had specialist teams and recovery workers, including an Opiate Team, Alcohol Team, Rough Sleeping and Outreach Team, Hospital Liaison, Integrated Criminal Justice and Family and a Young Peoples service.
This was our first inspection of the service since it was Registered on 21 January 2020. We found no breaches in regulation.
Resolutions Luton is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide treatment of disease disorder or injury and diagnostic and screening procedures as regulated activities. At the time of inspection, the service had a registered manager in post.
People's experience of this service
We spoke with 5 service users as part of our assessment. Service users said that staff were kind, knowledgeable and approachable. Service users told us they felt involved in their care and treatment and that they felt listened to and that staff were supportive.
Service users described the service as very inclusive and welcoming, well equipped and accessible. Service users particularly liked the layout of the service, the access to drinks and snacks and the recovery café.
