Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. We were told, “All the people involved at this dentist are absolutely brilliant, they all take great care of you and listen to you, the staff are so friendly. I have been with this practice for around 30 years and in all this time I have had no reason to worry. This practice is way above anywhere else I've used.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. “Always with the upmost professionalism from reception to treatment. Polite, caring and respectful understanding of clients’ needs. A clean, tidy and sterile environment.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Patient surveys, online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice. These were often responded to by the practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported. Staff consistently described how they worked well as a team and how their personal growth was encouraged.
