People's experience of this service

Two weeks before our on-site inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback.
Staff told us they reviewed patient feedback and would share results with the team. We were told where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
We reviewed online patient feedback. Some patients expressed satisfaction with the treatment they received. We were told, where patients raised concerns, this would be reviewed and acted on where appropriate.
