Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with 3 patients. All patients told us they were very happy with the care provided by the practice.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care received at the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which recorded feedback from 11 patients during the period from November 2025 to January 2026. All patients said that they would recommend the practice to others.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us that the leaders in the practice were approachable and that changes were made when necessary for the better and to accommodate needs such as working hours, equipment and staffing.
