People's experience of this service

We found that practices in the service meant that people were not always protected from the risk of harm. Staff were not consistently recruited safely or in line with regulatory requirement. Where concerns from stakeholders were raised the provider had not always worked in partnership to embed and sustain improvements. The service had failed to identify and implement improvement as they did not have effective systems for maintaining oversight of the service. However, People told us they felt safe and staff were kind and caring, people we spoke with had not experienced any missed calls and had a regular team of staff. The service had deteriorated to an overall rating of requires improvement.
