The practice carried out ongoing patient surveys and encouraged online reviews. Comments included, “Very professional. My treatment was explained clearly at each step and care taken to ensure I comfortable. The team were very friendly and made me feel valued”, “Excellent treatment and a friendly experience to relax my nerves”, “Broken tooth repaired within 3 hours of ringing for appointment, could not have been more expeditious or satisfactory. All very well organised and pleasant. Thanks very much to all.”

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
