Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included“What makes Art Dental different is not just their skill, but their humanity. They treat you with honesty, empathy, and genuine care — not like a number or a profit. There’s something artistic about the way they work: precise, attentive, and beautifully balanced between science and heart.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected

We were provided with patient survey results from 2025 of which there was 164 responses, 91% of patients would recommend to friends and family.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
