We assessed St Martha's in December 2024. This assessment looked at the ASG wards for older people with mental health problems.

We undertook this assessment in December 2024 in response to identified risk and timescale since previous inspections. We inspected Rose ward, the female-only ward, Shamrock, the male-only ward and Iris, the mixed-sex ward.
