We spoke with 2 patients on the day of the inspection. Both told us how happy they were with the care that they received at the practice.

All patient feedback we received prior to and on the day of the inspection provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included, “Brilliant service and customer care by everyone. I am terrified of the dentist however the dentist, the nurse and everyone else made me feel so at ease.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

They told us, “Really put me at ease, made me feel confident in the health of my mouth, teeth and gums. Understanding of my needs and prepared to always discuss options and offer guidance.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with patient surveys which the practice used to obtain feedback on patients’ satisfaction with the dentists, receptionists and overall experience of the practice. 100% were satisfied and 99% said they would recommend the practice to friends and family members.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
