Our view of the service
We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 5 February 2026.
We found the practice had not met all regulations.
The practice did not have safeguarding processes and staff did not know their responsibilities for safeguarding.
Staff did not manage medicines and prescriptions in line with current guidance.
The practice did not have effective systems to review and investigate incidents and accidents.
Staff did not obtain patients’ consent to care and treatment in line with legislation and guidance.
The practice did not handle complaints effectively.
The practice is in London and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 2 dental nurses.
The provider was not complying with Regulations 12,15 and 17.
