Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. The provider told us, "That's our strongest area; we really care well for our patients."

We were provided with survey results from 11 patients. When asked whether they receive a caring attitude from the dentist, all respondents rated the practice as “excellent”. When asked whether they understood the explanations of the dental procedures given by the dentist or hygienist, 10 out 11 patients rated the practice as “excellent”.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
