Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
We were provided with a patient survey and reviewed results of the NHS Friends and Family Test. These showed that patients would recommend the practice to their friends and family and were positive about the “excellent” care provided by staff who are “professional…make their patients feel comfortable” and who are “caring and friendly”.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
