Our view of the service
We carried out this announced off-site inspection on 15 January 2026.
Where we carry out an off-site assessment, we undertake a detailed review of the practice risk assessments, policies, staff records and other relevant documents. We gather feedback from patients, staff and stakeholders (where relevant). We carry out a remote visual assessment of the premises and have discussions with staff.
We found the practice had met regulations.
The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.
Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

People's experience of this service
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback.
We reviewed online feedback and comments collected by the practice.
Patients commented positively about their overall experience at the practice, describing the care received as excellent and the service as high quality.
They consistently highlighted the friendliness, professionalism, and accommodating nature of the staff, as well as the clean and well-maintained environment.
Patients also commented on the kindness shown by staff during treatment, particularly for those who felt anxious, and said procedures were clearly explained, including aftercare advice.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
