Kindness, compassion and dignity
We obtained feedback from 6 patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patients responded positively that they were able to access an appointment when they needed one, and that staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Responses also told us that patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We were shown the systems in place to obtain patient feedback. This included online reviews, surveys being sent to patients following each appointment as well as in-house patient satisfaction surveys. We saw that feedback was positive and staff were open to making changes as necessary.
