Kindness, compassion and dignity

The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.

The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. The service performed better than the average in some of the results of the 2026 National GP Patient Survey. This showed 94% of people felt the healthcare professional was good at treating them with care and concern, compared to the national average of 87%, and 90% said the reception and administrative team were helpful, compared to the national average of 85%. We observed reception staff and clinicians speaking with patients in a kind and dignified way.
