Our view of the service

Love to Care is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes in the community. It provides a service to younger and older adults. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do we also consider any wider social care provided. People who use the service live in Torquay, Paignton, and surrounding areas. On the day of the off-site assessment call, there were 100 people receiving care in their own homes. We started the assessment activity on 17 January 2024 and ended on 25 January 2024. We looked at one quality statement, Governance, management, and sustainability. At our last inspection the service was rated outstanding. At this assessment the service remains outstanding.
