Well-led
We looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care and supported learning.
At our last inspection, we rated this key question as ‘Good’, however there were several elements within this key question which when combined contributed towards a breach in regulation 17: Good governance. At this inspection, the rating for this key question remains rated as 'Good' with improvements made in the governance of medicines and significant event analysis. The breach of regulation has now been closed.

Governance, management and sustainability
The practice had clear responsibilities, roles, systems of accountability and good governance. They used these to manage and deliver good quality, sustainable care, treatment and support.
There were regular practice meetings with staff, during which they discussed clinical concerns and emerging risks. The practice maintained an electronic log of significant events and incidents. These were categorised and discussed at meetings to allow for reflection and learning and help improve patient care.
