Caring
At our previous assessment in March 2016, we rated the practice Good for providing caring services. At this assessment we have rated the practice as Good. People were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity. They treated them as individuals and supported their preferences. People had choice in their care and treatment. The service supported staff wellbeing.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect. Arrangements were in place to promote patients’ privacy. This included private areas in the waiting rooms for patients to discuss concerns confidentially. We observed staff treating patients with kindness, compassion and dignity. We also received feedback from patients through give feedback on care submissions to CQC praising staff for their kind and friendly attitudes.
