Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
The service had arrangements to ensure people were treated with kindness, compassion and dignity. The service performed better than the national average in the results of the 2025 GP Patient Survey, which showed people felt listened to and cared for. For example, 93% of respondents said they were treated with care and concern, compared to a national average of 86%, and 95% reported confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw. This was reflected in Friends and Family Test feedback, where patients frequently described the practice as friendly, efficient and professional.
