People's experience of this service

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services.
The practice was working on reestablishing the PPG, the last meeting they had was in September 2024, and they were working on signing up more patients. The practice manager had regular communication with the chair of the PPG. We spoke with a member of the PPG who fed back the practice listened to their views.
