Caring
We looked for evidence the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. At our last assessment, we rated this key question as good. At this assessment, the rating remains the same.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect. The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. The service performed better or in line with national averages in the results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey. This showed people felt listened to and felt they were treated with kindness. For example, 75% of respondents to the GP patient survey responded positively to the overall experience of their GP practice, which was in line with the national average of 75%. Since the inspection, GP Patient Survey have the 2026 data, and this figure had increased to 83%. In addition, 92% of respondents to the GP patient survey stated that during their last appointment they had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to, compared with national average of 92%. The new results in July 2026 showed the figure increased to 94%. Patients and members of the PPG told usstaffwere“amazing”,“kind” and “compassionate”.
