We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Have been visiting this practice for about 30 years and the experience has been excellent every time. [Clinician] gives a fantastic service, appointments are always to time and the staff are extremely helpful friendly. The hygienist is absolutely brilliant. Would never think of going anywhere else.”
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included, “A very good dental practice with professional and friendly staff that do a great job and make you feel welcome. I wouldn't trust anyone else.”
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Comments included, “Always courteous and respectful. The technical advice is very good and everything is fully explained before and during treatment. There is no pressure selling to have dental work undertaken. Appointments are always on time and I have no reason not to use this dental practice for the immediate future.”
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
