During a routine inspection

We spoke with seven patients during our visit. All patients were very satisfied with the service they received from their GP. Patients were treated with dignity and respect. Patients understood the care and treatment choices available to them and felt they were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. Staff were described as 'very pleasant' and 'friendly.'

The practice had the relevant safeguarding policies and procedures to follow should they have concerns about a child or vulnerable adult. Staff had received relevant training to ensure patients were protected from the risk of abuse. Appropriate arrangements were in place to manage medicines so that patients were protected from associated risks.There were systems in place to monitor the quality of service provided. Patients and their representatives were asked for their views about their care and treatment and patients' feedback was acted on.
