Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

One patient told us, “Friendly reception, [clinician] good explanation and nice manner.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with the results of a patient survey and saw these were positive. Patients said they would be extremely likely to recommend the practice to family and friends.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

A staff member said, “I am very happy working at the practice. The owners are very nice, friendly and approachable. They invest into the practice so we can offer the best care to our patients. We are a tight knit team, we all get along well with each other, we always help and support each other. The practice is very modern and spacious. It’s a lovely place to work.”
