Our view of the service
Date of assessment 9 April 2026.
This was a risk-based assessment due to the concerns received in relation to staffing and times of calls. Our inspection was prompted as we acknowledged that the previous inspection took place 7 years ago.
All For You Home Care Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks relating to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our inspection 17 people were receiving personal care from the service.
We assessed the service against “Right care, right support, right culture” guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence, and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found people received care in accordance with this guidance and care workers and staff had received appropriate training relating to people with a learning disability and autistic people. The provider was working in line with these principles.
People’s needs were assessed before they began using the service. Staff worked effectively with external professionals to maintain continuity of care and received training about how to support people’s needs. Risks were assessed, and staff had access to guidance to support safe care. People received the support they needed with medicines, which were reviewed regularly. Some relatives expressed concerns regarding timing of the visits and turnover of staff. Some people/relatives reported not all staff used PPE.
Consent to provide care was obtained by staff. Where appropriate, people were supported to access GP and primary care services. Staff monitored and documented outcomes for people, looking at where things had worked well, and where improvements were needed. People told us they were supported by kind and caring staff who treated them with respect and compassion.
Staff had a robust understanding of people’s likes and dislikes. The service used creative ways to support communication with people. There were appropriate systems in place to gather feedback from people/relatives. However, some relatives told us they were not always provided with feedback regarding their concerns reported to the office.
There was a positive culture within the service, and staff were supported to provide consistent and person-centred care. The management team were competent, visible and led by example. They were knowledgeable about issues and priorities for improving the quality of service. The provider and senior leadership had developed systems to maintain oversight of the service and used lessons learned to drive ongoing improvement.

One person’s relative told us, “All of the carers are very kind and so respectful towards her.” However, some relatives told us they were concerned about the irregular times of calls and the turnover of staff.
