We looked for evidence the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. At our last assessment, we rated this key question as good. At this assessment, the rating remains the same.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. The service scored in line with or above average for the majority of the results of the 2026 National GP Patient Survey. This showed 83% of people felt the healthcare professional was good at treating them with care and concern, compared to the national average of 86%, and 92% said the reception and administrative team were helpful, compared to the national average of 85%.
The majority of staff had completed training in learning disability and autism appropriate to their role, and training had been arranged for the remaining staff.
