Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. Patients said that they were happy with the standard of care and treatment they received, availability of appointments and the cleanliness of the practice. They said that staff were professional, treatments were well explained and they were made to feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
