Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “I am so grateful for the amazing care my son received. His teeth look great. It has bought his confidence back. We were informed about each step; the care was simply wonderful.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included, “My daughter was a patient for 18 months from start to finish. City Orthodontics were amazing. Very welcoming, explaining the full process and made the experience so much easier for my daughter. The staff were incredibly patient and so nice.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
