Kindness, compassion and dignity
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included, “From the moment I walked in, the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were second to none. This dental practice sets the gold standard for patient care, every member of the team is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to excellence. I couldn't ask for better service, thank you for making every visit so comfortable and reassuring!”
Also, “Our family love coming to this practice. The staff are very friendly and make you at ease from start to finish. The dentist is very friendly, professional and was great at looking after myself, my husband and my children.”
And, “This is a very good practice with great Dentists as well as a good hygienists. I've been with them for a long time. The admin service is also good. Friendly and helpful. Professional”.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.
