Well-led
We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Governance, management and sustainability
Actions identified in the electrical installation report undertaken in 2020 as unsatisfactory had been actioned, with a new electrical installation report due to be undertaken at the end of 2025.
Portable appliance testing (PAT) had been undertaken in November 2024.
The radiography local rules were signed and recommendations from the last radiation performance report had been reviewed or actioned.
Systems for checking emergency equipment and medicines had been updated to ensure staff could identify if items of medical emergency kit were missing or out of date.
The management of fire safety was effective. Fire alarms and emergency lighting had been serviced. Logs of staff fire safety training, fire drills and regular testing of smoke alarms were in place.
Actions recommended in the Legionella risk assessment had been reviewed or actioned. Logs of hot and cold water temp checks were undertaken.
Audits of infection prevention and control, disability access, record keeping and antimicrobial prescribing were undertaken.
Audits of radiography were undertaken in recommended timescales and in line with recognised guidance.
