Our view of the service

We undertook a second follow-up on-site inspection on 6 August 2026. This was carried out to review the actions taken by the registered provider to improve the quality of care and to assess whether the practice was meeting legal requirements.

We had previously undertaken announced on-site inspections of Implant and Aesthetic Center Limited on 21 January 2026 and 18 March 2026. We had found the registered provider was not providing safe or well-led care and was in breach of regulations 12, Safe care and treatment, and 17, Good governance of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

During our follow-up inspection, we found the practice had met regulations.

The practice had improved their systems to identify and manage risks, including their procedures relating to infection prevention and control, radiation safety and management of medical emergency equipment and medicines.

The systems in place to monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service had improved.

Recruitment procedures and safeguarding processes had improved to reflect current legislation.

Staff treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

Implant and Aesthetic Center Limited is in the London Borough of Camden and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children. The practice provides general dentistry and dental implants either at the London location, or patients can choose to have implant placement at the service’s partner clinic in Budapest, Hungary.

There was step-free access to the practice through the use of a portable ramp, and car parking spaces were available near the practice.

The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 3 staff: the principal specialist oral surgeon, and 2 associate dentists. Agency staff were used for dental nursing and reception staff. The practice worked closely with a partner company within the UK, who referred potential patients to the service and organised logistics for those patients who chose to have treatment in Hungary. A representative from the practice in Hungary was helping the registered manager with practice management.
