Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We saw a sample of patient feedback gathered by the practice. Most respondents felt that they were appropriately informed about the recommended treatment and relevant options, and all respondents stated that they would recommend the practice to family and friends.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “I feel involved through communications. I can share my ideas. I am also kept informed about plans and changes within the practice”. Another staff member told us, “I receive feedback, both positive and constructive, which helps me improve my performance”. One staff member commented, “All the staff are caring, understanding and supportive of each other`s needs. It is a real team practice”.
