Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Patients were able to complete the NHS Friends and Family Test and were encouraged to complete online reviews. We saw that the practice had received 5 out of 5 starts from 762 online reviews.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. We saw that staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. Staff told us, “Regular meetings and contact with the practice owner and manager outside of work including team building. Recently the team took part in goat yoga and we have fully funded annual Christmas Market weekends away around Europe.” Another staff member said, “Sometimes I receive feedback on things I need to work on so I can perform better next time and I also feel acknowledged and praised when I have done something well, which makes me proud when I see other people in the team think I’m doing well.”
