We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Governance, management and sustainability
At the inspection on 28 October 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations:
The practice had taken action to address the issues identified at previous inspections and improve the oversight and leadership at the practice. Effective systems and processes had been implemented and embedded within the practice.
Systems for ensuring that information in the form of policies and procedures were reviewed had been revised and improved to ensure these were kept up to date, were accessible, and staff had read and understood them.
Staff were aware of the importance of protecting patients’ personal information. Staff password protected patients’ electronic care records, and paper records were stored securely to comply with General Data Protection Regulations.
Improvements had been made to the processes in place for identifying and managing risks effectively.
The practice had improved the systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. Audits were undertaken and completed according to recognised guidance, with learning points documented.
Improvements were underway to ensure that outcomes of complaints and concerns were documented and discussed to share learning and for improvement.
