Our view of the service

Rosemont Care Limitedisa supported living service which is registered to provide personal care.CQC does not regulate premises used for supported living; this inspection looked at people’s personal care and support.
We undertook an announced inspection visit to the service on the19 May 2026.We have undertaken a comprehensive inspection which means we have reviewedallthe quality statements. As a result of this inspection, we have rated the service as good for safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led and good overall.
The servicedemonstratedeffective safeguarding systems, ensuring people were protected from the risk of abuse. Staff were provided with clear guidance on recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns, and robust recruitment procedures ensured staff suitability.
Care delivery was person-centred, with people’s equality characteristics assessed and supported appropriately. Staff promoted independence, respectedprivacyand dignity, and developed positive relationships with those they supported. Peoplehadmaximum choice and control, with care delivered in the least restrictive manner and in their best interests.
Staff were knowledgeable and responsive to people’s needs, including safe support with medicines and adherence to infection prevention and control procedures. Staffing levels werewell managed, ensuring continuity and consistency of care.
Governance systems were effective, with regular audits and quality assurance processes in place tomonitorperformance andidentifyimprovements. Feedback from people and their relatives was activelysoughtand used to enhance service delivery.
The management team was viewed positively, fostering a supportive and open culture. Staff reported feeling supported. The registered manager worked collaboratively with health and social care professionals to ensure coordinated, effective care.
People's experience of this service
People were involved in developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments. Staff knew the needs of people and ensured that each person received care and support that met their needs. Care plans were informative and had sufficient instructions for staff on how to deliver care and support to people,in accordance withtheir wishes.
Staff were aware of people’s current needs, and they informed the registered manager when a person’s needs had changed. The service worked in partnership with other health and social care professionals to ensure people received effective care. People received care and supportin accordance withtheir preferences,interestsand diverse needs. People were treated with respect and were given informationregardingtheircare,and their views weretaken into account.
The management team welcomed commentsfrom people, relatives,staffand other professionalsto improve the service.
