During a routine inspection

During our inspection we were unable to observe people who were using the regulated service. We made telephone contact with three people who had used the service. We made observations throughout our inspections. The people who used the service were all positive about the treatment and the care they received from the provider. People using the service said they felt that they were treated with dignity and respect by staff.

One person who used the service said everything was 'well explained and well executed.' Another person said 'all questions had been answered' and the service was 'efficient and quick.'

We saw that the clinic rooms were large and spacious. We listened to telephone calls when information about the services available was given clearly; people were respected and involved in their care. People were protected from abuse. People's medical information was assessed and reflected in their records.
