Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey carried out in May 2025. All respondents stated that they would recommend the practice to others, felt there were sufficient staff to meet patients' needs, and expressed confidence in the dentist. Additionally, they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the practice and their involvement in their own care.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “This is the best place I have worked so far. I feel good coming to work every day. The team here feels like a family. I feel valued, respected and motivated.”

We were provided with a staff satisfaction survey. Most staff reported that managers were visible in the workplace and easily accessible. They felt comfortable engaging in open conversations and believed that managers acknowledged good performance. Additionally, the majority of staff felt they had access to learning and development opportunities, and that individuals from all backgrounds were given equal opportunities.
