At the focused follow-up inspection on 29 June 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations:

Prescription pads were stored securely when not in use.

The provider could confirm that they had assured themselves that all the labs they used had valid registration with the MHRA.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) warning signs were present in the practice.

A CCTV privacy notice was available for patients.

CCTV data controller contact information was available for patients.

Vision aids were available in reception.
