Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We reviewed the feedback from the practice patient surveys and patient online comments and the feedback we received provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice. People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff generally felt respected, and supported in their roles.
