We spoke with several people and their carers who used the agency. We also looked at care records and risk assessments and we spoke with staff, looked at their recruitment and staff support records. People who used the agency told us it was their choice to use the agency. They felt listened to and they were fully involved in planning their care needs. Comments and feedback they gave us were;

'Using the in-house care reassures us, there is always someone around'.

'Their liaison skills are good; they go out of their way to do their upmost'.

'We prefer the Holidays with Care agency, without them we wouldn't have a holiday'.

'I can't fault them at all, I can just leave them and I don't worry'.
