During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who commission patient transport services with Medisec Ambulance Services Limited. One person told us that they found the service very professional and that they were extremely efficient and reliable. Another told us Medisec completed journeys on an adhoc basis and were happy with the service they provided. The other person told us they had no concerns and would be continuing to use the service.

We also reviewed comments provided by people who used the service by viewing patient experience cards. Comments were positive and included: 'The staff were helpful and friendly'. 'The staff were very professional and treated me well'.

We spoke with two members of staff who told us that they were well supported by the organisation. They also said they were provided with the training needed to support people effectively.
