During a routine inspection
On the day of the inspection we spoke with the provider, following the inspection we contacted two people who had had appointments at the clinic prior to the inspection.
The provider informed us all scans were completed for diagnostic purposes. Following the completion of each scan a report was provided for the person who used the service. This was confirmed by the people we spoke with. One person said, 'The sonographer took time to explain the content of the report'.
The people who used the service we spoke with told us the staff were pleasant, and appointments were arranged at a convenient time to them. They also told us they did not experience any lengthy delays. One person told us they had been informed of scan options and costs prior to having the scan.
The people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service and would recommend Premier Scans to family and friends.
