Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. Staff aimed to support people to achieve positive outcomes based on their individual preferences. Care plans identified specific outcomes people wanted to achieve and guidance was provided on how to achieve these outcomes. A person commented, “There are always lots of activities. A piper came in and the salvation army. Every Thursday we go to the social club, there is a singer, music and dancing.”
