During a routine inspection

The domiciliary care agency was not operational at the time of our visit. There were no people using the service who we could speak with about their experiences. We looked at the systems put in place by the agency so far relating to the domiciliary care service and looked at some employment and training records relating to the nurse's agency as we were told that some staff may work for both services when it becomes operational.
