Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with and saw feedback from 4 patients on the day of the inspection. Patients told us they were very happy with the care and treatment they received at the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey completed during July 2025. There were a total of 11 responses and 100% of patients said they would recommend the practice to others, that it was easy to book an appointment and that staff were caring and professional.

One comment included, “Nice people. The dentist makes me feel relaxed and explains everything to me. This helps a lot as I am a nervous patient.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us, “This is a fantastic place to work, supported by excellent leadership. The team is welcoming, supportive and always approachable, and teamwork is clearly at the heart of everything we do.”
