During a routine inspection

We spoke with the representatives of two people who used the servce. They praised the service they received from carers. In relation to their carer, one representative told us "they are a very private person and the staff maintain his privacy and dignity." Another person's relative said "they do a good job."

People told us that their wishes were respected. Care plans contained detailed information and were updated to reflect changes in people's needs. The service had systems in place to ensure people were referred to specialists as required. Required staff checks were undertaken prior to care workers commencing in their roles . The provider had an effective system in place for handling concerns and complaints.

During a themed inspection looking at Domiciliary Care Services

Relatives told us that staff were respectful towards them and always spoke to them appropriately.

Relatives said they had been consulted and involved in planning their family member's care.

Relatives knew how to raise concerns. They also said they felt their family member was safe.

A relative said they felt staff listened to their views. They described staff as helpful, and courteous.
