During a routine inspection

People using the services at Peace Haven said that the staff preserved their dignity (particularly when they were receiving personal care) and treated them with respect. They also told us they were receiving appropriate care and support. Two regular visitors to the home told us that in their view people living at Peace Haven were well looked after by sufficient numbers of caring and competent staff.
