Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included, ”I used to be afraid of the dentist because of a bad experience as a child. [Dentist] has my absolute trust and confidence.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which recorded feedback from 14 patients collected during January 2026. Ninety-three percent of patients said that their experience was very good.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

Staff members told us how the practice supported their individual needs.

One staff member told us, “The team is supportive and excellent, leadership is approachable and welcoming, and staff feel valued and appreciated, making it a positive working environment.”
