During a routine inspection

During the visit we spoke with staff and contacted two people who use the service following the visit. People told us that they were very happy with the treatment they and their family members had received. The people we spoke with felt the practice was very clean and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Both patients confirmed that they had received written information about the planned treatment, estimated costs and timescale. One person we spoke with commented that "The dentist takes time out to show me what he is doing".
